Sept. 12, we will be sending a link to the story behind this virtual trip. The setup, the characters, eg. The captain will ride with me as I go. Bernard will go ahead and find a van for us. We are creating this page as we go. Our goal is to inspire individuals with P.D. M.S. etc To one full hour of challenging exercise 5x per week, yes we expect you may have to work up to this.
